Our History
Ephareen Nigeria Limited, RC 223664, was incorporated on the 10th day of June 1993 and commenced business in January 1994. They are basically into Importation of trucks, tyres, and tiles. We also have major presence in the Oil and Gas services sector, Exports, Clearing and Forwarding and General Contracting. The company is now fully involved in the importation of Trucks, Cars and Tyres. Its primary area of interest is the importation of goods. The company was one of the major importers of Textile Materials before Nigerian Government banned it. The company is also interested in Petroleum Business in the area of owning and managing Petrol Stations across Nigeria and West Africa.

The company is fully committed in the importation of Cars, Tyres, Tiles for company use and sales. We are also committed to the provision of safe, and cost effective importation of trailers, Trailer Heads, trucks, cars, and provision of petroleum products across the length and breadth of Nigeria at reasonable and affordable prices.
We ensure that all the imported items are cleared through the Nigerian ports and all due duties promptly paid. We will ensure that all our petrol stations, when they become operational will operate within the ambit of the laws of the land. We assure our esteemed customers a quaranteed satisfaction.

Mr. Okougbenin is a graduate of Statistics from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. He has a Diploma in Mathematics Education from Edo State University now Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. He also has a Certificate in Computer Operations from Amen Computer Training Center, Ekpoma. Mr. Okougbenin has acquired a wealth of experience in administration and research having worked in various organizations. |

 Mr. Olatunde Aileru holds a Diploma in Accounting from Lagos State Polytechnic, Lagos; He is an affiliate member of the Association of Chartered Accountants (ACCA), Glasgow, UK. Prior to joining Phardom Group Inc, he has served as a Consultant with an Audit/Management Consulting Firm in Lagos. He is currently an undergraduate of Accounting from the University of Lagos. |

 Miss Jessica Akpabonam holds a national Certificate of Education (NCE) in fine & Applied Art from Federal College of Education, Abeokuta, and Ogun State; Ordinary National Diploma (OND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration from Federal Polytechnic Oko, Anambra State. She also has a Diploma in Computer Studies. She is at present undergoing a course in Logistics at Shipping and Maritime Institute, Apapa, Lagos State. She has acquired a wealth of experience in Administration and Management Analysis, having served in various organizations. |

 Georgebest Uche graduated from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Rivers State where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Technology (2002). He proceeded to the Post Graduate School, Aegis School of Telecommunications India, where he had a Masters in Information Systems (2008). Georgebest is an IT Professional. He has an International Certifications in Microsoft (MCP, MCSE) and in Cisco (CCNA).
He has an in-depth knowledge in Informational Technology in areas of Servers and Networks. Georgebest has worked as an Information Technologist with Jach Petroanalytical Labs and he is now the ICT Manager of Phardom Group Inc.
